At Sitters, we work exclusively with experienced childcare professionals who are able to provide excellent references and have a minimum of 2 years' recent professional childcare experience. We look for knowledgeable, reliable childcarers who can demonstrate a long-term commitment to childcare and babysitting.

Our thorough selection and vetting process includes:

• A detailed online application form
• Cross-checking of all paperwork
• Contacting previous childcare employers to verify references
• A face-to-face video interview with a member of our experienced Recruitment Team
